Our Vision for Small Groups
Small groups are the life of our church and the key to our growth as individuals. During this unusual time our small groups still meet weekly, but may look a little different than normal. Before you check out a group, make sure you contact the leader to find out their arrangements.
Small groups are the life of our church and the key to our growth as individuals. Small groups meet weekly, Tuesday through Thursday. Each group meets for about 2 hours. We know people are busy, so our groups make sure to start and end on time.
The small group gathering usually begins with refreshments and socializing, followed by a discussion focused on life application of the Bible using the English Standard Version. If you’re visiting a small group, you’ll find that you can participate in the discussion with any amount of familiarity with the Bible and as much or as little as you’d like. Groups end the evening by taking some time to pray.
How do you find the right group for you?
If you’ve come to Brookfield with a friend, and they’re in a group already, ask if you can visit theirs. If their group’s location or demographic doesn’t work well for you, see if your friend can help you find a group that
might be a better fit. All our small groups are open, so we suggest you try out a few groups and find one that fits you well and has potential for developing friendship.
Grab a few small group cards from our small group display or check out the list of small groups below.
